connecting to network internet

Connecting to a network + internet

I am operating the latest build of Vista and I also have XP installed on the same computer. In XP I can connect to my home network and internet but in Vista, it is not detected. I have 6 days left to activate my Vista so what should i do?

Hi, I'm a new user to this forum and I have the same problem as you. You can activitate the product key by phone and that should give you time to work out how to connect to the internet. All you need do is go to the Welcome Centre then View Computer Details. This should tell you basic information about your computer. At the bottom of the screen you can activate your product key. I activated the key by telephone and it worked.
Good luck!
